No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property at any time. This rule is in consideration of guests with allergies and property cleanliness. No Parties or Gatherings: Please be respectful of the neighbors and other guests. Parties, events, and gatherings with non-registered guests are not permitted. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of the neighbors and maintain a respectful atmosphere. Occupancy Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is 5. Please do not exceed this limit. Exceeding this limit can result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Cleaning: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Please ensure the property is left in the same condition as it was found. Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in designated bins and follow local waste disposal regulations. We recycle bottles, cans, boxes, and cardboard separately. Excessive trash left in the property may result in additional cleaning fees. Toilet Usage: Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Absolutely NO wipes, including flushable wipes, or any items other than toilet paper should go in the toilet. Please dispose of such items in the provided garbage. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Kosher Standards: We maintain high standards of kosher, and therefore, only Glatt kosher and Cholov Yisroel products are allowed in the apartment. Please ensure you are using dairy pots and pans for dairy and meat for meat. Mandatory Cleaning: For guests staying for 5 days or more, there will be a mandatory cleaning with a fee. This cleaning will occur once or twice a week to maintain the apartment's high cleanliness standards. Maintenance Issues: Please report any maintenance issues or damage to the property immediately to the Landlord. Security Measures: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not listed in this Agreement. Security Deposit: The Security Deposit will be held to cover any damages or breaches of these rules. It will be returned within five (5) business days if no violations occur. Compliance: The Tenant acknowledges that non-compliance with these rules may result in eviction and forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
