Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is after 5:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Please do not leave gas or electrical appliances on when leaving the house. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. No Pets are allowed. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of the neighbors and maintain a respectful atmosphere. Occupancy Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is 10. Please do not exceed this limit. Exceeding this limit can result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Cleaning: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Please ensure the property is left in the same condition as it was found. Toilet Usage: Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. NO wipes, including flushable wipes, or any items other than toilet paper. Please dispose of such items in the garbage. Please light candles in a safe spot within an aluminum pan. Please report any issues or damage to the property immediately to the Landlord. Security Deposit: The Security Deposit will be held if any damages were caused to the apartment
